Our Process
1. Survey
After meeting with our customers to discuss scope of work, we fly your project with our survey grade drone. Essentially scanning the ground and creating a high resolution map of the topography
2. Design
Once we fly the project and have a topo of the ground, we take that data back to our office and design the project. Using state of the art CAD software and equipment we design the site to our customers specifications
3. Build
Now that the project has been topo’ed and designed, we’re ready to move dirt and build it. With GPS computers and sensors on our heavy equipment (Machine Control) we build the project exactly to the design

Machine Control

Our Solutions
Barn / Building Pad Design
We topo and design top notch barn pads. Unlike competitors that look at the site once, pound a few stakes and start digging blindly with no exact plan. We’ll topo your site in advance, coordinate with you about what your needs are or any obstacles that exist, then design a high quality pad that has correct drainage, setbacks, position and looks exactly the way the customer wants it, then we build it exactly to the plan.
Road / Driveway Design
Roads that we topo, design and build not only look professional but stand the test of time. With correctly cut in ditches, symmetrical slopes at a specific grade, accurate prediction on volumes (Long, Short or Balanced Dirt), and a road that follows the path on the plan meeting any setbacks or easements you can rest assured it’s professional grade.
Record Drawing Maps
As with any project, from septic systems to site planning and grading documentation is important. Our record drawings are drawn in our office with commercial grade CAD software. We document projects in high detail and can provide those items to customers, government entities, engineers and anyone else. We also own a full size plan printer to provide top notch record drawing maps in hand if requested.

Application and use of our survey and design equipment is nearly endless, we serve our customers in many different ways onsite. From recording the position and elevation of an underground utility, to laying out a foundation in a hole for the concrete crew to follow.
